1. Our commitment
True Builder of Future Community wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about and use BizBuilder4U programs. We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time task.
2. What we do
The site uses semantic page structure and headings, a skip-to-content link, descriptive labels and error messages on every form field, keyboard-operable menus and dialogs, text alternatives for meaningful images, and color combinations chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements. Pages are checked with automated accessibility testing and keyboard-only navigation, and the layout adapts to phones, tablets, and desktop screens and to browser zoom.
3. Known limitations
Some content may not yet be fully accessible. PDF documents, such as the IRS determination letter, may not be fully readable by screen readers; we can provide the information in another format on request. Translations offered through the language menu are generated automatically by Google Translate and may be imperfect. The Cloudflare security check on our forms is provided by a third party; if it prevents you from submitting a form, please email us instead.
